"e" is for everyone eat more Local veggies!

Welcome to the sesame street farm where the grubs chew letters into the produce:) I was washing veggies for my CSA and discovered the letter "e" gnawed into one of my chinese radishes!  I took it on a photo shoot with the interns of LLF and gave the radish a nice Up-do, Erica Badu style.

CSA Week One

Hello there my people!

Okay, this is how I see this season playing out, the theme is easy breezy lemon squeezy. A you choose, free-will CSA.

Hello there customers! So sorry, I've been out of touch and not even blogging, I had to move this weekend plus water the farm all day each day...we need rain!!But I'm back:) and so are LOTS of beautiful veggies. Here's what I think...I'm going to pick the veggies, pack them into serving size quantities, and bring the goodies to Muddy Waters by 4pm on Thursday. When you arrive, you choose 4 items from the lot and away you go!! If you would like extra, bring some cash-ola and shop away!!

Okay, this thursday pick up at Muddy Waters between 4pm and 6pm

I will make your bags for you this week with a little bit of everything that is coming out of the garden. There will be flower bouquets available for sale for $5.00.

There will be some extra vegetables available for purchase. Cardmembers, I'll make bags for you too and then you can put back items or swap out what you would like or not like. I just don't want you to miss anything:)

CSA Week Four

Hey everyone!

I'm going to have to ask you all a favor.... I need you all to go outside tonight and do a funky rain dance, please!! The watering saga continues, but this will be my 10 mile walk to school in the snow story someday, and I know it will all work out:) But if it rained it would work out a whole lot better!

CSA Week Five...cancelled:( but double your veg next week

Hello dear CSA members,
